The location of this hotel is excellent. It is situated right in the center of town, making it convenient for exploring the surrounding areas.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was satisfactory and there were no major complaints.

Efforts of modernization recognizable. Freshly renovated bathroom. Nice room with a city view. Cheaper than hotels in Arbanassi. Breakfast was fine.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The location was nice and allowed us to easily explore nearby attractions. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and on-site parking, saving us time and money. the staff was generally polite, and we appreciated that they were able to offer recommendations on things to do in the area.
Our romantic escape was somewhat spoiled by the overall low quality of the hotel. the room itself was uninviting, with sparse and outdated furnishings.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area and close to many attractions. It was also great to have breakfast included in the room rate and the breakfast was quite satisfying. Another positive aspect was the cleanliness of the rooms and the attention paid to tidying them.
The elevator was quite old and a bit scary to use. It was also disappointing that there was no hot water available in the rooms.
